RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Luxe Lengths Equine Extensions we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

BACKORDER ITEMS

Some of our products are offered on a backorder basis due to high demand and our commitment to quality production.

By purchasing a backorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Estimated dispatch timeframes are clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase, including emails with estimated dispatch. 
- These timeframes are approximate and may be subject to change, in which case you will be notified via email.   
- Orders containing backorder items will not be dispatched until all items are available, unless otherwise arranged via email. 

Change of Mind & Backorders  
Once an order has been placed for a backorder item, it is considered a confirmed purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind while waiting for backorder items to be fulfilled.

ORDER CANCELLATION

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or entered into production  
- Backorder purchases secure your place in the production queue and therefore cannot be cancelled for change of mind  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

- The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival  
- The item is returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging  
- Return requests are made within 7 days of delivery  

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details.

REFUNDS

- Refunds are only issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items  
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty  

DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated dispatch timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to production or supply factors outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
